We are looking for a motivated and experienced Computer Technician to repair computer systems in our retail store. Your outstanding tech expertise and knowledge will assist our organization in enhancing customer service and ensure that our customer's computer systems are repaired properly in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role must possess superior problem-solving skills, extensive technical knowledge, strong communication skills, good task management, and critical thinking skills.

Everyday tasks will include:

• Identifying and troubleshooting problems.
• Removal of viruses and malware.
• Upgrading and repairing hardware and troubleshooting software issues.
• Resolving network and connectivity issues.
• Replacing motherboards, LCD screens and upgrading firmware.
• Installing software applications.
• Handling security updates.
• Providing technical support.
• Testing and debugging programs.
• Interacting with customers to assist with purchases.
• General housekeeping of retail store, including vacuuming, dusting etc.
• Occasional lifting of boxes, printers etc. weighing up to 50 pounds.

Experience with small business networking, installation of network printers and the Microsoft Windows Server operating systems is a definite plus. This is a full time position with paid vacation, paid holidays, health and dental insurance. Occasional Saturday shifts will be required. A clean appearance, the ability to interact with customers and reliable transportation are required. You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
